Option A) Digital Application Form
A personal computer is the best device from which to access your form (older version operating systems on older phones and tablets may not be compatible)
Once you have clicked the button, you may need to look in your Downloads folder to find this form. Complete the form digitally. Select 'Share' and 'pdf' and email it to ACPSLmembers@gmail.com
(Please transfer funds to 'Ashendon Community Pub Society Limited' at the time of your application)
Option B) - Manual Application Form
Print out the pdf form. Complete it by hand.
a) Scan and email it to ACPSLmembers@gmail.com or
b) Post or hand deliver your printed Form to:The Treasurer, ACPSL, Ashendon Farm, Ashendon, Bucks HP18 0HB.
(Please transfer funds (preferred method) at the time of your application or enclose a cheque with your form)
